Dear members of congress who are shocked, shocked! that the treasury is doing whatever it likes rather than that particular thing they decided to think it was voting for. If you thought that giving them “broad authority” was necessary to allow them to adapt to flexibility, if you thought that money was actually intended for homeowner debt, if you were under the impression that they knew what they were doing, this message is for you:
You are a fucking moron.
No, really, too stupid to breathe. Every one of you who claims, “I didn’t understand it, I didn’t have time to examine it,” should be shot in the streets and have your head posted on a pike. You’ve pulled that shit one too many times and now we ought to stop you from breeding.
I’m not actually advocating for dragging congress critters into the streets and giving them their due comeuppance, but man would that be a pretty site.
